ICICI Prudential AMC and HDFC AMC Report Double-Digit Profit and Revenue Growth in Q3 FY26

ICICI Prudential AMC reported a 45% year-on-year rise in Q3 FY26 net profit to Rs 917 crore, driven by strong equity fund inflows and a 23.5% increase in revenue to Rs 1,515 crore. The company declared an interim dividend of Rs 14.85 per share and saw its assets under management grow 23% to Rs 10.76 lakh crore. HDFC AMC also posted a 20% profit increase to Rs 770 crore, with revenue up 15% and assets under management reaching Rs 9.25 lakh crore, maintaining significant market shares in equity-oriented funds. Both firms showed sequential growth amid a growing mutual fund industry.
