
Zoho CEO Sridhar Vembu's lawyer has stated that a California court's order for a $1.7 billion (Rs 15,000 crore) divorce bond for his wife, Pramila Srinivasan, is invalid and baseless. The lawyer claims Srinivasan's allegations are false, asserting Vembu owns only 5% of Zoho Corporation and offered her 50% of his shares, which she rejected. The couple married in 1993 and have a son. Srinivasan filed for divorce in 2020, alleging asset transfers and abandonment, claims her attorney disputes.
