The Delhi High Court has granted Blue Star a temporary stay on a Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) mandate requiring companies to declare they are selling or buying e-waste carbon credits at or above a minimum price. This declaration was introduced for transparency in the trading of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) certificates, following reports of credits being traded below mandated rates. The stay, effective until January 27, temporarily halts the government's effort to enforce minimum prices in the e-waste market.
