
Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd. (MRPL) reported a significant profit increase in Q3 FY26, posting a net profit of ₹1,445 crore compared to ₹304 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue rose to ₹29,720 crore, with improved operational efficiency reflected in an EBITDA of ₹2,824 crore. For the nine months ending December 2025, MRPL swung to a net profit of ₹1,812 crore from a loss previously, while reducing borrowings from ₹12,867 crore to ₹9,290 crore and improving its debt-equity ratio to 0.63. The company also processed new crude types and received national awards.
