Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) has ordered Sheth Developers to pay interest to 15 homebuyers for a project delay exceeding 15 years. The homebuyers, who booked flats between 2010-2012, approached MahaRERA seeking possession, compensation, and execution of sale agreements. They cited prolonged delays, incomplete construction, and financial losses due to living in rented accommodations. The developer was also directed to register pending agreements for the Malad East project, Sheth Blue Ivy.
