Eternal, formerly Zomato, reported a 73% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 102 crore for Q3 FY26, with revenue surging over 200% to Rs 16,315 crore. Growth was driven by strong performance in food delivery, Blinkit's transition to a first-party model, and quick commerce expansion. Adjusted EBITDA improved, with Blinkit and Hyperpure turning profitable. The quarter also saw leadership changes, as CEO Deepinder Goyal resigned, succeeded by Blinkit CEO Albinder Singh Dhindsa.
