
Persistent Systems reported a 17.8% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 439.45 crore for Q3 FY26, despite a 6.8% sequential decline attributed partly to a one-time Rs 89 crore charge from new labour codes. Revenue rose 23.4% year-on-year to Rs 3,778.2 crore and 5.5% quarter-on-quarter. EBIT margins remained steady excluding the labour code impact. The company declared an interim dividend of Rs 22 per share and recorded order bookings of USD 674.5 million in total contract value for the quarter.
