Vodafone Idea's board announced that promoter and promoter group entities will infuse ₹5,836 crore to bolster financials and cash flow. The infusion includes ₹2,307 crore in cash over 12 months and ₹3,529 crore from the sale of equity shares by certain Vodafone Group shareholders. This agreement amends a prior arrangement from March 2017, following the company's 2018 merger.
