Smartworks Reports Q3 Profit, Plans 30-35% Annual Revenue Growth Through FY30

Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 1.24 crore in Q3 of fiscal 2025-26, reversing a Rs 16 crore loss a year earlier, with revenue rising 34% to Rs 488 crore. The company’s portfolio expanded to 15.3 million sq ft across 63 centres in India and Singapore. Founder Neetish Sarda projects 30-35% annual revenue growth through FY30, driven by capacity additions, enterprise demand, and entry into new Tier I and II cities.
