The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has directed all international airport operators to report detailed aviation fuel data, including current stocks, daily consumption, and seven-day requirements. This precautionary measure follows escalating tensions in the Middle East involving the US, Israel, and Iran, which threaten global oil supplies and have disrupted key routes like the Strait of Hormuz. India has 33 international airports, with recent data showing over 350 daily international departures and arrivals amid ongoing regional instability.
