
The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has approved seven new real estate projects totaling Rs 416.94 crore across five cities: Noida, Lucknow, Mathura, Bareilly, and Meerut. These projects will add 1,024 residential and commercial units, including two commercial developments in Noida, two residential projects in Mathura, one commercial project in Lucknow, one residential project in Bareilly, and a mixed-use project in Meerut. The approvals aim to foster organized commercial activity, enhance investment appeal, and support planned urban growth and housing infrastructure.
