Sumadhura Group to Invest Rs 6,000 Crore in Six New Bengaluru Housing Projects

Sumadhura Group plans to invest approximately Rs 6,000 crore to develop six new housing projects in Bengaluru this quarter, targeting over 4,000 units including apartments and residential plots. These projects, spanning 90 acres in east and north Bengaluru, will cover more than 8 million square feet of saleable area. The company expects revenue of around Rs 10,000 crore. Despite flat housing sales in Bengaluru during late 2023, Sumadhura aims to expand its presence across multiple real estate sectors.
