Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen and her mother, Subhra Sen, have leased their Mumbai apartment in Goregaon's Oberoi Exquisite for a 36-month term starting February 2026. The 1,241 sq ft flat on the 12th floor rents for Rs. 1.95 lakh monthly initially, with a 5% annual increase, totaling Rs. 73.76 lakh over three years. The deal includes two parking spaces, a Rs. 6 lakh security deposit, and involved stamp duty and registration fees. Subhra Sen recently expanded her real estate holdings with two nearby apartments worth nearly Rs. 17 crore.
