The 36-month lease includes two parking spaces and a security deposit of Rs. 6 lakh, with rent increasing 5% annually to Rs. 2.14 lakh in the third year, totaling Rs. 73.76 lakh. The transaction was registered in February 2026, with stamp duty and registration fees paid. The tenant is identified as Pooja Yeole. Additionally, Subhra Sen recently purchased two flats worth nearly Rs. 17 crore in Goregaon East.
