Avenue Supermarts, operator of the DMart retail chain, reported an 18.28% rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 855.78 crore for the third quarter ended December 2025, driven by higher revenue. Consolidated revenue from operations increased by 13.3% to Rs 18,100.88 crore year-on-year. The company also announced the appointment of Anshul Asawa as CEO and Managing Director, effective April 1, 2026, succeeding Ignatius Navil Noronha.
