
Delhi Police arrested Jai Bhagwan and Shivam Sharma, identified as key figures in a syndicate selling fake stickers to commercial vehicle drivers to evade traffic restrictions in the capital. The stickers, costing Rs 2,000 to Rs 5,000 monthly, falsely claimed exemption from checks. The network also circulated edited videos of police to pressure officials. Investigations followed complaints from traffic personnel, leading to 20 arrests and recovery of 282 stickers, phones, and a car. Jai Bhagwan has prior criminal cases including extortion and arms offences.
