A 40-year-old man, Dilip Kumar, died and his wife, Lalita, was seriously injured in a road accident in Amethi, Uttar Pradesh. Their motorcycle reportedly lost control and hit a canal bridge divider near Bandhwa Resi village. The man died at the scene, while his wife is receiving treatment. The body has been sent for post-mortem examination.
