Two Killed in Head-On Collision Between Truck and Petrol Tanker in Deoria, UP

Two people died in a head-on collision between a truck and a petrol tanker near a petrol pump on Phulwaria-Majhauli road in Deoria, Uttar Pradesh, early Friday. The tanker driver survived. The deceased, identified as Sheshnath, 35, from Deoria, and Mohammad Afroz, 45, from Bihar, were conductors traveling in the tanker. Police from Bhatpar Rani are investigating the incident and have sent the bodies for post-mortem.
