Police in Odisha's Cuttack district recovered the bodies of two young men, identified as Prasant Kumar Jena and Mohammad Soheb, found tied to a pillar in a garage. Both deceased had visible injury marks. Authorities have registered a case and launched an investigation, with preliminary findings suggesting the individuals may have been tortured to death. The bodies have been sent for post-mortem examination.
