The Virar unit of the Crime Branch in Palghar, Maharashtra, has arrested four individuals allegedly planning an armed robbery at a jewelry shop in Nalasopara East. Police apprehended the suspects at Deepa Bar near the railway station, seizing weapons including a firearm, live cartridges, and a cutter. One suspect, identified as Mohammad, escaped the raid. The arrested individuals are from Uttar Pradesh and Nepal, and confessed to planning the robbery during interrogation.
