In Gurugram, a cab driver allegedly struck over a dozen vehicles near the Sector 4 market area on Sunday evening, causing panic. The driver, reportedly intoxicated, first hit a bike and a scooty, injuring a woman. Onlookers reportedly beat the driver before police arrived and detained him. No serious injuries were reported, and an investigation is underway.
