Punjab Excise Department Seizes 88 Cases of Illegal Liquor in Kharar Restaurant Raid

The Punjab Excise Department conducted a late-night raid at Food Way 43 Restaurant in Kharar, seizing 88 cases of liquor labeled for sale in Chandigarh, including 41 cases of English whisky and 47 cases of beer. The restaurant, operated by Davinder Kumar Arora, was found selling liquor illegally without a valid licence for nearly a month. A case was registered under the Punjab Excise Act, 1914, and the department affirmed ongoing efforts against illegal liquor trade.
