A two-year-old boy, Riyansh, died after falling into an open septic tank while playing near his home within the Air Force Station premises in Lucknow. His elder brother alerted family members, who, with neighbors, retrieved the child and took him to a hospital where he was declared dead. Police are investigating the circumstances of the incident. The family resides on the station premises where the father is a contractual employee.
