Three SIM-less mobile phones were recovered from an inmate at Jammu's high-security Kot Bhalwal jail on Saturday. The inmate, Rohit Kumar, arrested last year for drug peddling, revealed the phones' presence. A joint operation involving police, jail staff, and CISF led to the recovery. One phone was found damaged, and further investigation is ongoing.
