
On Monday, at least two schools in Jalandhar, Punjab, received bomb threat emails, leading authorities to conduct anti-sabotage checks involving police, fire brigade, bomb squads, dog squads, and ambulances. This incident follows similar threats reported recently in Chandigarh, Amritsar, Patiala, and Haryana schools. All such threats, including a February 19 email to the Punjab Civil Secretariat, have been confirmed as hoaxes with no explosives found.
