Mumbai EOW Investigates Multiple Investment and Real Estate Frauds Over ₹50 Crore

Mumbai's Economic Offences Wing (EOW) is investigating multiple investment and real estate frauds totaling over ₹50 crore. Cases include a ₹10 crore scam by Neogreen Ventures duping 150 investors with false moringa export claims, a ₹17.74 crore MHADA flat fraud involving forged documents, a ₹10 crore jewellery business fraud linked to KSK International, and a ₹12.44 crore builder fraud involving mortgaged flats in Rashmi Signature and Heights projects. Arrests and chargesheets have been filed, with investigations ongoing.
