A tailor, Bihari Lal, was fatally stabbed in Delhi's Adarsh Nagar area on New Year's Eve after confronting a group of noisy revelers. Police apprehended a juvenile suspect and are searching for others involved. Family and neighbors described the group as a nuisance and alleged prior complaints to police were ignored. In a separate incident the same evening, an e-rickshaw driver was also fatally stabbed in outer Delhi's Mangolpuri following an altercation.
