Five Arrested in Pratapgarh for Husband's Murder Including Wife and Her Alleged Lover

In Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh, five individuals, including a woman named Sangita and her alleged lover Sachin Yadav, were arrested for the murder of Sangita's husband, Sheshmani. The police recovered jewellery and a motorcycle linked to the crime. Sangita had filed a complaint in January reporting an attack on her husband, who later died in hospital. Investigations revealed that Sangita allegedly conspired with Sachin and others to kill Sheshmani, financing the act by selling her jewellery. The accused reportedly confessed during interrogation.
