Delhi Traffic Police Conducts Drives Issuing Hundreds of Challans and Removing Encroachments

The Delhi Traffic Police conducted enforcement drives targeting illegal parking and roadside encroachments across North Delhi and the wider city. During these operations, they issued between 634 and 924 challans, removed 37 encroachments, towed 24 vehicles, and impounded five. Additionally, municipal staff seized various items used for unauthorized roadside occupation, including carts and display boards. Authorities emphasized ongoing efforts to regulate parking and clear footpaths to ensure smooth traffic flow and urged compliance with traffic rules.
