Telangana Man Assaulted Over Social Media Post on Ayatollah Khamenei's Death

In Telangana's Mahabubnagar district, B Santhosh Kumar, a street vendor, was assaulted by a group of around 20-25 people after sharing a social media post about the death of Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. The attack occurred near his shop around 9 pm, causing injuries to his face, neck, and lips. A nearby shopkeeper intervened to stop the assault. Police arrested nine individuals, who have since been granted bail, and increased patrols to prevent further incidents.
