Mangaluru Police Arrest Man Absconding in 2017 Murder Case in Bengaluru

Mangaluru Police arrested Sufiyan alias Kotreshi, 31, in Bengaluru, who had been absconding since 2017 in connection with a murder case registered at Surathkal Police Station. He was allegedly involved in the abduction and murder of a victim in 2017 and had previously been jailed for a 2012 murder case in Ballari. After release on bail, he changed his identity and moved across several states before settling in Bengaluru. He faces multiple criminal charges and has been handed over to Surathkal police for further investigation.
