A 13-year-old Dalit girl was allegedly raped in the Fursatganj area of Amethi, Uttar Pradesh, on December 30. According to police, the incident occurred when the minor went to a field, and a youth from the same village allegedly dragged her to a tubewell, raped her, and threatened her. An FIR has been registered against the accused, and police teams have been formed to arrest him.
