Amritsar Police have busted a cross-border drug smuggling cartel with alleged links to Pakistan-based handlers. Seven individuals were arrested and 4.075 kg of heroin and 1 kg of methamphetamine (ICE) were seized, along with a pistol. Authorities stated the drugs were smuggled from Pakistan and distributed locally, with guidance received via social media. Investigations are ongoing to uncover further connections within the supply chain.
