Police in Chennai have arrested five individuals in two separate drug cases. In the first incident, North Beach Police apprehended two men with 2.3 kg of OG ganja, valued at approximately ₹2 crore, along with a car and two-wheelers. The second operation by the Anti-Narcotics Intelligence Unit (ANIU) led to the arrest of three individuals possessing methamphetamine and ganja, with items including an auto-rickshaw seized. Investigations into both cases are ongoing.
