Two Software Engineers Die After Choking Following Alcohol Consumption in Andhra Pradesh

Two software engineers, Mani Kumar (35) and Pushparaj (27), from Annamayya district, Andhra Pradesh, died after choking on food following extended alcohol consumption with friends on January 17. The group consumed 19 beer cans over several hours, with Kumar reportedly already intoxicated before drinking. Kumar collapsed and died at a hospital, while Pushparaj died later the same day. Police registered a case and sent the bodies and samples for postmortem and laboratory analysis, which found no impurities in the beer.
