Harvey Weinstein Changes Legal Team Ahead of Third New York Rape Trial

Harvey Weinstein has replaced his longtime lawyer Arthur Aidala with a new legal team comprising Jacob Kaplan, Marc Agnifilo, and Teny Geragos ahead of his third New York rape trial. The trial concerns a 2013 rape allegation by hairstylist and actor Jessica Mann. Kaplan, part of Weinstein's original defense, will lead the defense, while Agnifilo and Geragos bring experience from high-profile cases including those of Sean 'Diddy' Combs.
