
A Delhi Police chargesheet claims a victim of a BMW crash, Navjot Singh, could have survived if he had received timely medical care. The 400-page document states Singh was alive for at least 15 minutes after the September 14 incident. The accused, Gaganpreet Makkad, allegedly bypassed closer hospitals, taking the victim to a facility 20 km away. The BMW was reportedly traveling at 100-110 kmph in a 50 kmph zone.
