Navi Mumbai police have busted an illegal recruitment agency, "Goodwill Global Consultancy," for allegedly defrauding individuals with false promises of overseas employment. The agency operated without authorization from the Ministry of External Affairs. An FIR has been registered against seven individuals under cheating and Emigration Act provisions, based on a complaint from a Ministry of External Affairs official. The accused are being issued notices under the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita.
