The National Investigation Agency (NIA) inspected the site of an explosion near a police station in Solan, Himachal Pradesh, where a two-and-a-half-foot deep crater was found. Pro-Khalistan groups Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) and the Punjab Sovereignty Alliance (PSA) purportedly claimed responsibility via social media, citing synthetic drug manufacturing and distribution to Punjab as a motive. Police are investigating the claim, which could not be independently verified, and have heightened alert levels across districts.
