Passenger Arrested at Bengaluru Airport with Hydroponic Ganja Worth Rs 39.37 Lakh

At Bengaluru's Kempegowda International Airport, customs officials arrested a passenger arriving from Bangkok for carrying 1.125 kg of hydroponic ganja worth Rs 39.37 lakh. The drugs were concealed inside a photo frame in the checked baggage. The arrest was made under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act on March 14. Authorities have registered a case and initiated an investigation into the smuggling attempt and its possible network.
