A college teacher and three female students have been booked by Dharamsala police following the death of a 19-year-old student. The victim's father alleges the student was subjected to ragging, physical assault, intimidation, and obscene acts by the accused, leading to her deteriorating health and eventual death. An FIR has been registered, and police are investigating the allegations of ragging, assault, and sexual misconduct.
