Howrah Police Arrest Two Accused in Promoter's Murder from Delhi

Two prime accused in the February 25 murder of promoter Shafiq Khan in Howrah's Golabari area, Harun Khan and Rohit Hossain, were arrested by Howrah police from Delhi's Jama Masjid area after a multi-state search. The investigation involved extensive CCTV analysis and intelligence inputs. The accused had fled through Bihar and Uttar Pradesh before reaching Delhi. Firearms used in the murder were recovered earlier from an accomplice's house in Kolkata. The arrested individuals are being brought back to Howrah for further legal proceedings.
