
On February 24, 2026, a 32-year-old man allegedly stabbed multiple people outside a home on the Key Peninsula near Tacoma, Washington. Deputies responded to reports of a no-contact order violation and later to stabbing reports. Upon arrival, shots were fired, resulting in the deaths of the suspect and four others—three at the scene and one en route to the hospital. The no-contact order was found invalid as it had not been served to the suspect.
