Two Indian Nationals Detained by US Immigration in San Diego Over Criminal Histories

Jaskaran Singh, an Indian national, was arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in San Diego due to a criminal history that includes a hit-and-run case. He remains in ICE custody pending removal proceedings. Separately, another Indian national, Jashanpreet Singh, was also detained by ICE for offenses including threatening a crime with intent to terrorize, assault with a deadly weapon, and DUI, and is awaiting removal proceedings.
