Security forces in Manipur's Imphal East district dismantled a temporary insurgent camp, recovering a significant cache of arms, ammunition, and explosives. The operation, conducted over 36 hours in the Langdum Nungjengbi area, included the deployment of a sniffer dog. While suspected insurgents fled the scene, authorities seized items including pistols, a rifle, hand grenades, numerous rounds of ammunition, detonators, and radio sets. Cases have been registered, and legal proceedings are underway.
