The Delhi Police successfully recovered 515 lost or missing mobile phones using the Central Equipment Identity Register (CEIR) portal since April. Of these, 399 have been returned to their owners, with the remaining handovers underway. Authorities advise citizens to report lost phones immediately on the CEIR portal and to be vigilant against cyber fraud related to phone recovery.
