A 62-year-old man, Badruddin Jamaluddin Khan, has been booked by Wadala Railway Police in Mumbai for allegedly possessing a fake CBI identity card and traveling ticketless in a first-class local train. Khan reportedly identified himself as a CBI 'Special Officer' to a ticket examiner at GTB Nagar station. Despite failing to produce further identification, he maintained his claim. An FIR has been registered under relevant sections of the Indian Railways Act and the new penal code.
