In Dehradun, two Chakma brothers were allegedly attacked by a group celebrating a birthday. One victim, Anjel Chakma, was critically injured and later died from his wounds. The victim's brother claims racial slurs were used before the assault, while police are investigating the motive. The accused reportedly continued their celebration after the incident. Three adults and two juveniles have been apprehended.
