Haridwar Police have arrested two suspects, Sunny Yadav and Ajay, both residents of Kashipur with prior criminal records, in connection with a violent attack on gangster Vinay Tyagi near the Laksar flyover. The arrests followed a police chase, and the suspects have confessed to the crime. The incident also led to the suspension of three police officers for negligence, while two constables and a Sub-Inspector were honored for their swift action in transporting the injured Tyagi to the hospital.
