Authorities in Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve (TATR) have busted a racket involving the misuse of the 'local quota' for jungle safari tickets. Individuals allegedly manipulated Aadhaar cards with altered photos and details to book tickets, bypassing genuine local residents. Nine tourists were found with discrepancies, and ten refused to provide identification. The scheme involved booking under local names, cancelling, and then sending outside clients. A complaint has been filed, and legal action is promised against those involved in the fraudulent operation.
